    Default TODO error

Hi everyone, I am a total newbie so bear with me. I've created the simplest WS and when I run it gives me the following error "TODO write content"

I am using Netbeans 8.2 and Tomcat.

    Thanks!

What program gives that message? Is it from Netbeans, Tomcat or from your program?

    Where does tomcat fit in?
