Default What is a good book to learn Android programming?

I've managed to teach myself Java and I'm now moving on to Android development. I taught myself Java using a book (Sams Java in 21 days) and I like this a lot better than using online material only.

So I'm now looking for a book that teaches Android development:
    - that's educational (most important, of course)
    - covers a recent version of Android
    - preferably also covers some of the use of IntelliJ for Android developement (i.e. the current beta development environment)

I apologize up front if this question has already been answered elsewhere. (I can imagine it is a common question.) But I couldn't find it.

P.S. If you know of good online course material (other than from Google - I found that), I'd of course also be interested.

Yes, it has been asked many times in many places, and I've never seen a good answer. Search the many booksellers (physical and virtual) for Android books, read reviews if available (but they could be inflated), choose one you like, and go for it. Gathering the opinions of others on likes and favorites - especially where learning is involved - is a waste of time.
