Unable to run "Inspect" on my scrabjob.jpage file

I am rather new to java development and am using eclipse to learn. I am following along with what seems to be a great set of video tutorials. At this point in the tutorials he is teaching how to use the scrapbook. I have made a new scrapbook and put in a simple 2+2 then when I go to Run > Inspect, it is greyed out and wont let me, where as in this video tutorial he does it without a problem. Why cant I run inspect on my scrapbook?

EDIT: Title should be scrapbook.jpage not scrabjob, not sure how that happened.

Nothing you said makes any sense to me as far as it being a java programing problem.
Is there a forum for your IDE where you can ask the question?
