In an RSA Encryption program....

....how do I turn the message into a number?

I mean....if Molly says "Hi john how are you?"

Then....how do I turn that into a number? I mean, I'm going to perform arithmetic on this number, calculate the mod, raise it to the power, etc.

How do you make a single number out of it, then can easily be converted back and forth into a String?

Re: In an RSA Encryption program....

What kind of a number are you expecting to get from that String? It would take a BigInteger to hold all of the number.

If you're truly interested in doing RSA Encryption, a search with your favorite search engine will yield many useful results. Requesting we do the search for you is just being lazy.
