suggestionbox inside modal panel

i try to use suggestion box inside a modal panel and the list of results is not shown.
i read online that the reason is that the list shown "under" the form or something like that and that in the latest version of rich faces 3.3.3 it's fixed.
i installed the latest version and it still didn't work. someone has an idea what to do?

I fixed the problem by adding zindex to the suggestion box. i think it works with the newest version of rich faces but not exactly sure
