Multiple answers to a question

I have noticed some posts deleted in various places on the forum marked as redundant.
I just want to say a few things.

First I think more than one point of view in reply to a question is a good thing, as different people see things in different ways. If the time and effort was taken for multiple people to provide a reply, it is a robbery to delete one or more of the replies.

Second I want to say something to one of the people who have deleted their own posts marked redundant. I absolutely love your verbose, well formed answers, and look forward to reading them. I learn more about expressing myself in English by reading some of your posts. Thank you. (I don't know if it is right to name you, but you know who you are)

Thank you to the people who provide answers, and please don't feel the need to delete them for redundancy!
