Undead Liberty (Java Game Development)

Hello everybody! My friend Henry and I have came up with an idea for a MMORPG Java based zombie apocalypse game. We currently have a plot and all the features and ideas which will be added but we have no programmers to do it, we are very beginner Java programmers so we obviously cannot do it by ourselves. At the moment this is just something we are going to chug along on and do it at our own pace so we have no money to pay anyone but the game will have a certain premium feature, basically what I am asking is the agreement of a few programmers to join the team and work on this with the agreement that they will be paid in the future, this will most likely be a full time job, you can either stayfor future payment or wait untill you get paid and leave, or even just do the job and leave and wait to get paid, either way you are going to get money when we have what we can to pay you.

I think you may find it hard to find programmers with the skill level willing to work on this for free. It's a big ask.
Programming a game takes months and months of dedicated work. I wish you the best of luck.

What game would that be?

Technically its not mine, I helped work on it but I got most of the money cause I did most of the code.
