Java Web Developer Required, South East London / Kent

would suit graduate looking for real word experience, or second jobber

must be able to demonstrate a passion and understanding for Java web development

must know frameworks and tools, e.g. Struts, Solr/Lucene, Spring or Guice, Eclipse etc

must know WEB technologies, e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript etc

initially to help support a couple of old projects and to give fresh injection of enthusiasm to them

but the right candidate will move on to more exciting stuff we are currently doing e.g.
- Advance search with Solr
- Cloud with Amazon EC2
- AJAX front ends
