I'm new to these forums and new to Java programming.
Swedish male at 28 years old and working atm with CNC-programming. It's not as complicated as computer programming, but it's logical thinking following a set of commands.
But I'm tired of working with that and I've always been interested in programming. I started programming textbased programs in QB back in the day and also worked a little bit with VB too. What I've done most is probably html/JS.
But now I'm looking into the possibilities to work with computer programming and thought I'd teach myself some Java to get a headstart when I start my education. I've been watching Lynda.com's Essential training for Java and now I've started with the book "Introduction to Java Programming 9th edition", by Daniel Liang.
Looking forward to be part of this community
