Parse error in application web.xml

Dear all, i had setup tomcat,and had logged in to the browser and was able to get tomcat login .but when gave url

http://localhost:8080/Beer-v1/form.html i got page not available.so i saw tomcat log which gave me log as

Parse error in application web.xml
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Open quote is expected for attribute "xmlns".

how can i fix this error??

Also, you're going to need to provide some more information. What exactly are you trying to parse?
