first of all a thanks to all , right now i am looking for a complete book which will help me and guide me to learn Advanced java ....as i m totally unknown to advanced java .. i dnt know where to start and where to end .. plzzz help and post your valuable suggestions....

ya thats right .. actually wanna to learn Swings and jdbc .. so that i 'll be able to develope some applications which requires database like .. i'll be able to calculate the discount for the givent list of books and for the same i can generate the report in a tabular form which i can print later .. and also i will be able to save my data at the back end.. i want to learn how i can develope this kind of applications.. because earlier i was only able to made a text file ,, whatever the user gave the inputs in the text fields ..now i want to learn something beyond in that...
