Nothing, its just a text input box, it should be able to take whatever the user wants to input in the form of languages.
If the language intended is needs a specific charset or content type you might want to look into having your whole system supporting that content type/charset first.

hi just now I googled and got my answer............ I can do it from control panel........ "Regional and Language"........
It's working.................
next constraint is to send the same to the database....... I think it will also be done easily.........
But the question is how will I use "select query" to extract the same from the database........
If anybody get's answer to it..... plz do tell me..... I am looking forward towards it...........
