witch of the points is the most important ?
witch of the point should one learn first ?

They are all extremely important, but I guess practice would be what I would consider the most important. Constantly trying to do different things and working out the problems you get while you are solving the program is very important to expanding your knowledge of a programming language. But you cannot really get a lot of practice until you understand oop and know how to understand documentation.
