Java code to check whether the inserted CD-ROM is bootable or not?

I'm using Linux (Ubuntu) and I need to write a Java Code to check (just to check not execute) if the inserted CD-ROM is bootable or not. I have researched the specifications like ISO9660 and El-Torito; however, I don't know where to start. Is there anyone who can help me?
