How do i use graphics with Java?

what do i do to start using graphics? starting with 2d graphics where do i start with it...

I THINK im supose to use a libary? although im not sure about it...if anyone can help out that wuld be great!

Sun uses the term 'trail' to refer to a group of tutorials...the link above is a tutorial on Java2D graphics. So yes, when I first started learning have used the above trail to learn Java2D.
