Help me out with code for uploading saved file in perticular format

i need code for upload following saved format .first line should be in JTextArea and in Second Line PNB should be JTextField 1 then seperator (:) then date should be upload in JTextField2 then comma(,)seperator then SO2 then next JTextField then 10.0 then µg /m³ vice versa.and #,@are start and end of second line seperator can anyone send code in core java for upload this format file
