Any good book to learn java console programming,please recommend one

Hi i've just started programming in java but i'm confused where to study it from. can someone kindly recommend any book along with a link if possible, from which i can learn it, i've already done programming in C++ , so i have idea about the programming.also recommend any IDE as well. i'll be glad to get a response. thanks
