A Java App which will open and store local and Citrix IE links
I am into a project to minimize all Internet Explorer Windows being used into 1 single application. To better understand what I want to acheive, let me give you a brief information of what we have.
In our company, We use Internet Explorer 6 which we all know does not support tabs. (IE8 is still in pilot phase for distribution to all clients) we use more than 20 tools which are mostly web-based. Some are opened via Local Internet Explorer and some needs to be opened via Citrix's Internet Explorer. Now, imagine these 20+ windows all in your taskbar and not able to recognize properly which one needs to be restored (when minimized) because the task bar space is not enough.
Have only 1 application which will open both local and Citrix's Internet Explorer to prevent multiple windows in the taskbar.
1. Is it possible to unite, local and Citrix's Internet Explorer into 1 single Java application?
2. Any idea how can this be done?
3. Which Java classes should I need to focus with and study?

Wow ... IE6. Seriously!? My advice is to use the time and resources you would waste trying to come up with a solution to update your internet browser. Using a browser that is hopelessly dated is a security risk for your company.
