Starting and Stopping Tomcat7 Server from Java Program

Can anyone suggest me how to Start and Stop Tomcat7 Server from a Java Program.

Tomcat provides some useful startup/shutdown scripts located at its installation folder, so you can call those scripts from a Java program using the Runtime.exec() command.

Did you try google this? There are many ways to do this. One is mentioned by cafeteria84. Google it and let us know, what you didn't understand and where you get stuck.
