I need a help ! i am beginner

HELLO EVERYBODY =)
i am really seeking help, i am really a very good student ( engineerin major ) but CS isn't my field at all and i can't understand it well and it's ma first time to take it really
i will be so thankful if anyone can provide me with some help please =(
i am really a very beginner and i have two assignements =( !!!

1- write a program to show detail steps multiplyin 2 integers which have up to 3 digits ( output must be lined up accordingly).


2- write a program to accept 2 factors and one operator.
calculate the result and print out the resulted reduced fraction.
