Does it required to have JEE to use servlets and JSP?

most of the things I read about jsp and servlets involves about jee, do I have to install java ee to use servlets and jsp or jse will do?

The Servlet interface is part of the Java EE SDK, so the appropriate libraries are necessary on the classpath.
