Help me my IDE is not opening

I been trying to open my IDE it is giving this weird error dialogue .. I try to trouble shoot it but tough luck and its been 2 days. i totally screwed up.

I reckon your answer should be in there somewhere. Perhaps exit code 14 is something like exit code 13 - but even worse?

O Gosh I try to trouble shoot in different scenarios but no luck. What the heck can anybody help please ...... Exit Code=14 it was not there even in google.

I am ready to share my screen can anybody check out please.

Check the links Sean sent. Failing that, reinstall Eclipse & possibly Java.
