Speech recognition project

I have project speech recognition
not high level just to recognize
"new"
"ready"
"running";
"blocked"
"terminate"
for round robin scheduling algorithm
is any one give me link to get free JAVA speech api
are give me some idea to solving this using sound api
are if any one have a code for such problem please give me
i will just get some idea
