I am a java devloper working in a software company.I am planning to give SCJP certification exam.I know that now it's change to oracle certification.
could you please provide me an detail information about..
1)How do i apply for this exam?
2)How much it cost to me?
3)What are the various plans of vouchers and its validity?
4)Which book should i refer for practicing?
5)and detail info of exam structure?
6)can i apply to get this exam voucher online?
7)How this certification will help me for future perspective?

I have also planned to do it.
it is possible to register for the exam in online
it costs 12500 i.e, exactly 250$
just go to sun/oracle java website and it is possible to register there.
i have notes for that if possible send me your mail id i will send you a soft copy of the study material.
