Does anybody know how to code or design in web development?

PHP (This is what I need help in mainly)
Jquery & Javascript (This is what I need help in maily)
Pearl (Dont need help in this really but, appreciated)
Ruby & Ruby On Rails (Dont need help in this really but, appreciated)
XML (Dont need help in this really but, appreciated)
ActionScript (I need some help in this but not right now)

Also I need some people that is good with Photoshop & Flash.
