Java beginner..!! I want to know how exactly work is being done by java programming in the comany..

I am beginner, i have done course in JAVA & J2EE, so even though i have theoretical, and bit of practiced knowledge.
somehow i am afraid:o that the work i am assign with in the company might be complex-ed one and might not carry well enough.:confused:
please i am this low self regarding this , any professional working in company in java platform clarify these things.

practical knowledge and logical thinking matters a lot. AFAIK theory doesn't help you in getting the job
