What is your budget? Tutors don't tend to come cheap..

That's a really bad attitude with which to approach any subject. How is somebody going to tutor you if you don't want to read? For that matter, how are you going to program at all if you don't like to read? Like any skill-based hobby, programming is extremely rewarding, but it's also a lot of work. You aren't going to get very far by being lazy.Quote:

Guys, "just reading" is not the programming way. It's more like read a little, write a little. Tests online are nice, but the only real test is whether the program compiles and does what you want. Remember starting out when you couldn't find a path to javac, inadvertantly put something in lower case here that had been in upper case over there or heaven forbid dropped a semicolon? Give the guy a break.
