how to add adt(android plugin) to eclipse from zip file ???

i download ADT-0.9.3.zip file but i cant add it to eclipse !!! please help me wath i should do ???

Could you help me in the same field!
I have downloaded the same file, but a higher version (I mean "ADT-11.0.0")
When I open the above file, there are 3 subfolders (features, plugins, and web).
I just don't know how to add it to Eclipse.
Let me hear your helps!
